F+B Partner Don Ford has recently been bestowed an honor reserved for very few attorneys in the state of Texas – a nomination to become a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. Those who receive this honor are selected from 1/3 of 1% of all lawyers in the state of Texas, and according to the Foundation, selection is based on an outstanding record in the legal professional as well as a commitment to support the community at large.
The Texas Bar Foundation was founded in 1965 to assist the public and improve the profession. It has become the largest charitably-funded bar foundation in the country, and it makes profound impacts on the community by providing grants for legal assistance to the needy, education of the public, and improvements in the legal profession and administration of justice.

Since its inception, F+B has required each of its attorneys to contribute annually to the community by serving on at least one board or committee of the Houston Bar Association. F+B has always believed that service to the community is an integral part of the privilege of being an attorney, and we feel that community service is a necessary component of any firm that values professionalism and dedication to providing the highest-quality services.

Ford+Bergner LLP is incredibly proud of Mr. Ford for having achieved this distinction, and we congratulate him for his continued achievements for the professional.
