Alexander Almond assists his clients resolve a wide range of issues relating to estates, fiduciary litigation, and property rights. Alexander’s experience includes probate law, trust law, guardianship law, administration of estates, title resolution, estate planning, and civil litigation. Alexander has experience with all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, management, discovery, advocacy, trial, and settlement. Despite the complexity of the issues that often arise, Alexander’s goal is always the same – to navigate clients through their legal goals and obstacles practically and efficiently.
A native Houstonian, Alexander attended St. John’s School in Houston and went on to receive his undergraduate degree from Trinity University in San Antonio. Alexander then served in the United States Army, primarily as a platoon leader with the 4-6 Infantry Battalion, First Armored Division. He completed one tour in Iraq and was awarded the Bronze Star medal. After his time in the Army, Alexander attended Baylor University School of Law where he received his law degree with a concentration in Business Litigation.
Since joining Ford + Bergner in 2015, Alexander has represented clients in numerous transactions as well as various estate, trust, and guardianship litigation matters.
