Heather R. Bell is an associate attorney at Ford + Bergner LLP where she devotes her practice to the areas of estate planning, estate administration and probate litigation. She assists her clients by implementing structures that pass wealth from one generation to the next, while she also focuses on resolving trust and estate controversies.

Ms. Bell is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and Dallas Women Lawyers Association. She is actively involved with the Probate, Trusts & Estates section of the Dallas Bar Association, chairing the first annual North Texas Probate Bench Bar, while simultaneously co-chairing the Dallas Association of Young Lawyer’s Elder Law Committee, Freedom Run Committee, and Women’s Mentoring Circles Committee. Ms. Bell also serves on the Board of Directors for the Dallas Chamber Symphony. Ms. Bell received her B.A. degree from the University of Texas at Dallas and her J.D. degree from Baylor University School of Law, with a concentration in estate planning.
