Jessica Ireton joined Ford + Bergner LLP in 2016 and focuses her practice on probate administration and guardianship issues.  Prior to coming to Ford + Bergner LLP, Ms. Ireton worked in the energy section of a national law firm, where she assisted oil and gas clients in addressing business litigation and transactional matters.

Ms. Ireton is a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center, where she served as the Managing Editor of the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal.  Prior to attending law school, Ms. Ireton earned her Bachelors degree at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.  She then served in Iraq as a Marine Corps Logistics Officer and was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal.  Ms. Ireton later earned her Master of Science in Business Administration from Boston University, and achieved her Black Belt certification in the Lean Six Sigma process improvement methodology. Ms. Ireton then spent several years negotiating contracts and improving contracting productivity for a major oil and gas company.

Ms. Ireton is fluent in Polish and also has experience with the Japanese language.  During her time away from the office, she is a dedicated wife, active mother and enjoys distance running.
