Mr. Nicholas M. Frame joined Ford + Bergner in 2026. Prior to joining the firm, he represented mortgage lenders and servicers in complex litigation matters on both the plaintiff and defense sides.
Mr. Frame earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University and received his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in 2014.
He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is licensed in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Frame enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his family.
