F+B Senior Associate Angelica Farinacci and Associate Heather Bell have each been selected for the 2020-2021 REPTL Leadership Academy.  REPTL is the Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law section of the State Bar of Texas.  In short, REPTL is the section of lawyers across the state of Texas that focus most heavily in estate and trust matters.  For decades, REPTL has been the leadership body in Texas for developing the probate, trust, and guardianship practices and in sponsoring legislation to address issues periodically as they come to light.

The Leadership Academy was created a few years ago as an effort by the REPTL leadership to mentor and develop leaders in our industry for the future.  Acceptance into the Leadership Academy requires each applicant to submit an application and references, and the applicants are selected by a nominating committee of REPTL members.

This year, Ford + Bergner LLP is honored to have 3 associates selected for the Leadership Academy, which is the most attorneys selected from the same firm.  F+B has consistently been active in the leadership of the probate, trust, and guardianship industry throughout Texas for many years, and the acceptance of Ms. Farinacci, Ms. Barr and Ms. Bell into the Leadership Academy ensures that F+B will remain active in our industry’s leadership for many years to come.
