Ford + Bergner LLP is thrilled to share a monumental victory for the family of a fallen hero.

We have recently concluded our representation of the family of a brave police officer who tragically lost her life in the line of duty.  Sadly, in the wake of this unfortunate loss, litigation arose which challenged our client’s ability to pursue wrongful death claims on behalf of the officer’s estate.  As a result of the tireless efforts of the Ford + Bergner litigation team, the challenges to our client’s ability to pursue those claims was overcome, and the family received a multimillion-dollar settlement to compensate them for their loss.  This outcome will provide financial security and a brighter future for the family as they continue to heal from their unimaginable loss.
